Penyelenggaraan 5G dari Telkomsel dapat terwujud berkat konsistensi perusahaan dalam memperkuat kolaborasi bersama para pemangku kepentingan, mulai dari penyedia infrastruktur dan teknologi, produsen perangkat, penyedia platform aplikasi, pemerintah, serta masyarakat.
