Kendati terus dirusak pihak yang mungkin hanya mementingkan kepentingan pribadi, pihak PLTM Lawe Sikap terus melakukan upaya perbaikan intake PDAM Tirta Agara seraya menunggu realisasi pemanfaatan air dari turbin PLTM yang memang telah direncanakan untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai suplay air yang lebih bersih bagi masyarakat Agara.
Yang amat disayangkan perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh pihak PLTM untuk kepentingan rakyat tersebut lagi-lagi dirusak oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggungjawab.
Untuk memastikan air yang masuk ke intake I PDAM tercukupi, pihak PLTM melakukan pengecekan, pembersihan dan mengontrol arah air yang masuk ke intake PDAM setiap hari. Namun amat disayangkan masih ada pihak yang belum mengerti dan untuk kepentingan pribadi bertindak sesuka hatinya untuk melakukan hal yang bisa berdampak pada masyarakat.
Dalam pesan elektronik yang diterima, Humas PLTM Lawe Sikap, Darmawan mengaku, belum mengetahui motif oknum tidak bertanggungjawab melakukan perusakan hingga berulang kali.
Ada informasi bahwa oknum tersebut disebut-sebut bagian dari keluarga karyawan PDAM, tentunya ini diperlukan penyelidikan kebenaran oleh pihak PDAM, sebab jika benar ini akan berdampak pada nama baik PDAM sebagai instansi pelayanan publik.

Dalam polemik masalah ini, pihak PLTM tidak abai dan terus melakukan upaya perbaikan bendung di intake PDAM.
Contoh prinsipil, jelas Humas, pimpinan kami selalu menginstruksikan agar intake I itu terus dikontrol dan dipastikan air yang masuk tercukupi, agar jangan terjadi ‘fitnah’ pada pihak PLTM Lawe Sikap.
Bahkan, pada hari Minggu, 30 Mei 2021 lalu, beberapa pekerja PLTM mulai pagi hingga sore melakukan perapihan tanggul semi permanen di intake satu tersebut, yang bertujuan mengantisipasi lumpur dan pasir tidak turun ke intake yang dikhawatirkan dapat menyumbat pipa PDAM.
Ironisnya niat baik pihak PLTM itu lagi-lagi dirusak. Kejadian tersebut dilakukan menjelang malam dan sengaja didokumentasikan dengan video kemudian dimuat di media sosial oleh pihak oknum yang tidak bertanggungjawab.
Kendati kejadian serupa tersebut terus terjadi, sambung Humas, pihak PLTM Lawe Sikap kembali memperbaiki tanggul yang dirusak sebagai wujud komitmen serta kepedulian kami dengan masyarakat serta Pemerintah Daerah.
Hari ini, Selasa, 1 Juni 2021, pihak PLTM kembali melakukan perbaikan. “Selain perusakan terjadi juga intimidasi melalui pengancaman yang dialami pihak security dan pekerja PLTM pada saat melakukan pengamanan dan pelaksanaan perbaikan tanggul,” beber Darmawan.

Menurutnya, pihak security dan pekerja yang melewati badan jalan milik negara menuju intake I pun berkali-kali diusir oleh oknum tersebut. Bahkan, pernah juga Humas PLTM sendiripun mengalami perbuatan yang tidak menyenangkan.
“Tujuannya apa kami belum tahu, jika alasannya air tidak masuk jelas itu tidak benar, sebab masih ada air yang mengalir untuk dia, biarpun tidak sederas dahulu. Bahkan, arus sungai yang berada di lokasi cafenya pun masih mengalir. Dikarenakan kepentingan satu orang ribuan warga yang membutuhkan air bersih menjadi terganggu,” ucapnya.
Yang menjadi pertanyaan serius, oknum tersebut masih satu keluarga dengan karyawan PDAM. “Kami berharap ada upaya dari pihak PDAM untuk menegur dan mengingatkan oknum tersebut, agar menghentikan perbuatan yang tidak menyenangkan yang telah dilakukan selama ini, sebab pada saatnya nanti justru akan merusak nama baik instansi PDAM sendiri serta merusak citra PDAM yang selama ini baik di mata pelanggan,” tegas Humas.
Duduk Bersama
Menyangkut permasalahan air PDAM, pada 31 Mei 2021, Sekda Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara, Ridwan mengundang pihak PLTM dan PDAM untuk duduk bersama menyelesaikan permasalahan ini.
Pertemuan berlangsung di ruang rapat Sekda dan dipimpin langsung oleh bapak Sekda Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Hasil pertemuan ini diharapkan memperoleh solusi terbaik demi kepentingan rakyat Agara.
Dalam pertemuan tersebut hadir pula Kadis Perizinan, Kabag Lingkungan Hidup serta jajaran pimpinan dinas lainnya yang terkait dengan masalah ini.
Dalam pertemuan itu, Sekda dengan bijak menengahi polemik ini dan mengharapkan agar pertemuan ini mencari solusi terbaik didasari oleh kepentingan rakyat, keduanya, baik air dan listrik merupakan kebutuhan penting masyarakat.

Demi kemajuan Aceh Tenggara (Agara), daerah ini masih membutuhkan banyak investor untuk turut berkontribusi dalam membangun Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Jangan sampai dengan adanya polemik seperti ini justru akan menghambat minat investor untuk masuk ke daerah ini.
Sekda berharap, agar penyambungan outlet air dari PLTM dapat dimanfaatkan oleh PDAM karena pmbangunan PLTM memang sudah direncanakan, agar air pemutar turbin yang lebih bersih dengan kadar oksigen yang lebih baik dapat dimanfaatkan.
Kendati belum ada keputusan yang jelas dari hasil pertemuan itu, namun dua belah pihak sudah secara elok melakukan kajian kajian demi kepentingan masyarakat, bahkan pihak PDAM dan PLTM Lawe Sikap sore itu juga langsung melakukan peninjauan ke lapangan di lokasi PLTM.
Kendati masih ada kajian dan persoalan yang belum bisa diputuskan saat ini namun kita tetap berupaya agar masalah ini bisa cepat terselesaikan.
