Institut Bisnis IT&B Datangkan Direktur KPK Bahas Pemberantasan Korupsi
| OBROLANBISNIS.com — Dalam rangka upaya pencegahan dan pemberantasan korupsi di Indonesia, perguruan tinggi mempunyai peran yang sangat strategis. Sebagai sebuah institusi yang menghasilkan generasi masa depan bangsa, maka sudah selayaknya perguruan tinggi mengambil peran di depan.
Untuk itu, IB IT&B bekerjasama dengan KPK menyelenggarakan seminar yang bertajuk “Pembinaan Peran Serta Masyarakat Dalam Pemberantasan Korupsi”.
Dalam seminar tersebut, IB IT&B mendatangkan narasumber Direktur Pembinaan Peran Serta Masyarakat KPK RI, Kumbul Kusdwidjanto Sudjadi serta Kasatgas Satgas Masip Direktorat Pembinaan Peran Serta Masyarakata KPK RI, Ariz Dedy Arham.
Rektor IB IT&B, Dr Rosita Bangun mengatakan, webinar ini sebagai penyamaan frekuensi dengan KPK dalam upaya pemberantasan korupsi. Korupsi ini tidak hanya terkait uang. Kaitannya dalam dunia pendidikan contohnya gratifikasi, yang merupakan tindakan ketidakjujuran, sehingga sama dengan tindakan korupsi.
Kasus pidana korupsi di Indonesia tak kunjung hilang, dalam data yang ditampilkan oleh KPK dari 1.622 kasus korupsi yang mendominasi, yakni kasus kedudukan swasta.

Menurut UU nomor 31 tahun 1999 juncto UU nomor 21 tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, dirumuskan bahwa tindak pidana korupsi dikelompokkan menjadi tujuh yaitu, merugikan keuangan negara, suap menyuap, penggelapan dalam jabatan, pemerasan, perbuatan curang, benturan kepentingan dalam pengadaan, serta gratifikasi.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Direktur Pembinaan Peran Serta Masyarakata KPK RI, Kumbul Kusdwidjanto Sudjadi.
Webinar ini diikuti sekitar 500 peserta dari unsur mahasiswa, dosen secara online dan sekitar 30 orang secara offline dan turut dihadiri Ketua Yayasan Tunas Andalan Nusa, Rachmady Tanady.
IB IT&B tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan semua peserta yang ikut secara langsung telah melakukan Swab Antigen.
Sementara itu, Managing Director IB IT&B, Dr Agus Susanto Tan mengatakan, sisi peran perguruan tinggi dalam upaya pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi. Bahwa perguruan tinggi mempunya beberapa langkah yang dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai strategi dan upaya membangun negeri bebas korupsi.
Strategi dimaksud antara lain, pendekatan pendidikan, riset, masyarakat, dan pendekatan institusi. “Apabila itu dilakukan dengan sungguh-sungguh bukan mustahil akan tercipta negara Indonesia sebagai negeri yang bebas korupsi,” ujar Dr Agus. ***
Institut Bisnis IT&B Invites KPK Director to Discuss Corruption Eradication
| OBROLANBISNIS.com — In the context of preventing and eradicating corruption in Indonesia, universities have a very strategic role. As an institution that produces the nation’s future generations, it is appropriate for universities to take on a role in the future.
To that end, IB IT&B in collaboration with the KPK held a seminar entitled “Building Community Participation in Eradicating Corruption”.
In the seminar, IB IT&B brought in as speakers the Director of Community Participation Development of the Indonesian KPK, Kumbul Kusdwidjanto Sudjadi and the Head of the Masip Task Force of the Directorate of Community Participation Development of the KPK RI, Ariz Dedy Arham.
The Chancellor of IB IT&B, Dr. Rosita Bangun, said that this webinar was to equalize the frequency with the KPK in an effort to eradicate corruption. Corruption is not only related to money. The connection in the world of education is for example gratification, which is an act of dishonesty, so it is the same as an act of corruption.
Criminal cases of corruption in Indonesia never go away, according to the data presented by the Corruption Eradication Commission of the 1,622 corruption cases that dominate, namely cases of private positions.
According to Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 21 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption, it is formulated that corruption crimes are grouped into seven, namely, harming state finances, bribery, embezzlement in office, extortion, fraudulent acts, conflict of interest in procurement, and gratuity.
This was conveyed by the Director of Community Participation Development of the Indonesian KPK, Kumbul Kusdwidjanto Sudjadi.
This webinar was attended by around 500 participants from students, lecturers online and about 30 people offline and was also attended by the Chairman of the Tunas Andalan Nusa Foundation, Rachmady Tanady.
IB IT&B continues to apply health protocols and all participants who participate directly have done an Antigen Swab.
Meanwhile, Managing Director of IB IT&B, Dr Agus Susanto Tan said, the role of universities in preventing corruption. That universities have several steps that can be classified as strategies and efforts to build a corruption-free country.
The strategies referred to include, among others, the education, research, community, and institutional approaches. “If it is done seriously, it is not impossible that Indonesia will be created as a country free of corruption,” said Dr Agus. ***
