Fatiwanolo Zega: Isu Penutupan TPL Buat Pekerja/Buruh Gelisah | OBROLANBISNIS.com — Desakan aksi penutupan perusahaan PT Toba Pulp Lestari (TPL), Tbk yang diuapkan sekelompok elemen masyarakat dinilai sangat mengganggu bagi pekerja/buruh.
“Desakan itu sangat merugikan bagi pekerja/buruh perusahaan pulp. Isu penutupan TPL sudah membuat kegaduhan dan keresahan bagi pekerja dan buruh yang menggantungkan hidupnya di perusahaan tersebut,” ungkap Fatiwanolo Zega SH selaku Ketua Umum Konfederasi Serikat Buruh Sejatehra Independen (SEJATI) ketika diminta komentarnya, Kamis, 24 Juni 2021.
Fatiwanolo Zega mengaku, telah mengikuti berita tentang gerakan rekan-rekan LSM/NGO atau kelompok masyarakat yang menuntut TPL agar ditutup. “Yang pasti akibat dari isu itu pekerja / buruh gelisah dan pasti pengaruh pada konsentrasi kerja,” bebernya.
Fatiwanolo Zega mengaku prihatin atas adanya kelompok yang minta agar perusahaan TPL ditutup dengan alasan lingkungan dan tanah adat maupun lainnya, ditengah keadaan pandemik yang membuat kesulitan ekonomi rakyat, banyaknya pengangguran dan pemerintah sedang giat-giatnya menarik investor.
“Harusnya jika ada hal yang tidak sesuai (menyalahi) menurut temuan atau pendapat pihak lain dalam hal ini teman-teman LSM/NGO atau kelompok manapun, baiknya tidak langsung menebarkan opini ‘Tutup TPL’, karena akan membuat kegelisahan terutama di kalangan pekerja/buruh dan lain sebagainya,” sebutnya.
Ia mengaku tidak dalam posisi membela TPL, tetapi baiknya jika ada temuan masalah yang diduga dilakukan atau dilanggar oleh TPL, bisa didialogkan atau upaya hukum sebagaimana ketentuan peraturan dan perundang-undangan.

Fatiwanolo Zega dengan membawa bendera SEJATI telah turun langsung ke Porsea, lokasi operasional perusahaan TPL, untuk melakukan dialog dan sharing kepada para pekerja/buruh. “Saya sebagai Ketua Umum dan rekan dari DPP K. SEJATI sudah dua kali datang ke Porsea untuk menenangkan pemikiran rekan-rekan buruh (anggota Sejati) yang ada di TPL. Semoga kedatangan kami bisa membantu memberi ketenangan bekerja bagi rekan-rekan pekerja/buruh,” bebernya.
Fatiwanolo Zega memberikan win-win solution terkait isu penutupan TPL. “Dari saya adalah cara-cara menyelesaikan masalah temuan rekan-rekan pemerhati lingkungan atau LSM/NGO yang diharapkan bisa memberi untung semua pihak. Jangan langsung kata tutup. Semacam tidak ada mekanisme hukum kita dan terkesan menghakimi. Serahkan semua problema ini pada pemerintah sebagai pemegang regulator dan kebijakan,” ucapnya.
Diakhir komentarnya, Fatiwanolo Zega meyakin bahwa PT. TPL sebagai perusahaan yang telah lama beroperasi dan perusahaan publik (Tbk) pasti sudah memiliki izin sesuai peraturan dan perundang-undangan. ***

Fatiwanolo Zega said he was concerned about a group asking for the TPL company to be closed for environmental and customary land or other reasons, in the midst of a pandemic that made people’s economic difficulties, the number of unemployed and the government was actively attracting investors.
“Should there be something that is not appropriate (violating) according to the findings or opinions of other parties, in this case friends of NGOs/NGOs or any group, it is better not to immediately spread the opinion of ‘Close TPL’, because it will create anxiety, especially among workers/laborers. and so on,” he said.
He admitted that he is not in a position to defend the TPL, but it is better if there are findings of problems that are suspected to have been carried out or violated by the TPL, they can be discussed or take legal action according to the provisions of the rules and regulations.
Fatiwanolo Zega carrying the TRUE flag has come down directly to Porsea, the operational location of the TPL company, to conduct dialogue and share with the workers. “As the General Chairperson and a colleague from DPP K. Fatiwanolo Zega provides a win-win solution regarding the issue of closing the TPL. “From me, there are ways to solve problems found by fellow environmentalists or NGOs / NGOs that are expected to benefit all parties. Don’t immediately say closed. It’s like we don’t have a legal mechanism and seem judgmental. Leave all these problems to the government as the holder regulators and policies,” he said.
At the end of his comment, Fatiwanolo Zega believes that PT. TPL as a company that has been operating for a long time and a public company (Tbk) must already have a permit according to the rules and regulations. ***
