Saham Bukalapak Diperdagangkan Rp 19,3 Miliar | OBROLANBISNIS.com — Bukalapak masih mencatatkan rugi sebesar Rp 1,34 triliun pada tahun 2020 lalu. Diprediksi, untuk menutupi kerugian tersebut Bukalapak memperdagangkan sahamnya sebanyak 19,3 miliar dengan penawaran perlembar Rp 750 hingga Rp 850.
Bahkan, info diperoleh Bukalapak bakal mencatatkan saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 6 Agustus mendatang. CEO Bukalapak, Rachmat Kaimuddin pun mengakui keterbatasan sumber dana perusahaan dan mengatakan bakal menggunakan dana segar yang didapatkan dari IPO secara optimal.
Ia pun mengatakan, sebagai perusahaan teknologi Bukalapak ingin tumbuh sehat tanpa melakukan aksi bakar uang.
“Banyak yang bilang peusahaan teknologi kalau mau tumbuh lebih besar harus bakar uang lebih banyak. Tapi cara pikir kami di Bukalapak sedikit berbeda,” ujar Rachmat ketika memberikan keterangan dalam public expose, Jumat, 9 Juli 2021.
Namun demikian, Rachmat belum merinci secara lebih ranjut mengenai rencana perusahaan untuk memperbaiki profitabilitas perusahaan. Ia mengatakan, dari sisi kinerja Bukalapak, perusahaan tersebut mencatatkan pertumbuhan nilai transaksi hingga tiga kali lipat dalam tiga tahun terakhir.
Pada tahun 2018, total transaksi di e-commerce tersebut tercatat sebesar Rp 28,33 trilliun. Jumlah itu meningkat menjadi Rp 85,08 triliun di tahun 2020.
Sementara dari sisi pendapatan, perusahaan tercatat meningkat cukup signifikan sejak tahun 2018, yakni sebesar Rp 292 miliar menjadi Rp 1,35 triliun di tahun 2020.

“Jadi dari tahun 2018, pertumbuhan pendapatan perusahaan rata-rata 115 persen per tahun,” ujar Rachmat.
Namun demikian, dari sisi EBITDA (Earning Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization), kinerja Bukalapak masih cukup berdarah-darah meski membaik bila dibanding tahun 2018 lalu.
Pada tahun 2020, EBITDA Bukalapak tercatat minus Rp 1,67 triliun sementara tahun 2019 minus Rp 2,68 triliun. Tahun 2018, EBITDA Bukalapak tercatat minus Rp 2,21 triliun.

In fact, information obtained by Bukalapak will list its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on August 6. Bukalapak CEO, Rachmat Kaimuddin also acknowledged the company’s limited sources of funds and said he would use the fresh funds obtained from the IPO optimally.

However, Rachmat has not detailed the company’s plan to improve the company’s profitability. He said, in terms of Bukalapak’s performance, the company recorded a three-fold growth in transaction value in the last three years.
