Agustus Ini SIM CI Berlaku Bagi Pemotor ‘Moge’ 250-500 CC | OBROLANBISNIS.com — Bagi pengendara memilki motor dengan kapasitas 250-500 CC tak perlu cemas lagi mengendarainya di jalan raya. Sebab, sejak Agustus 2021 nanti, Korlantas Polri membuka pelayanan untuk pembuatan surat izin mengemudi itu.
Disebutkan, ini adalah bagian dari penerapan aturan baru tentang penggolongan SIM C di Peraturan Kepolisian (Perpol) Nomor 5 Tahun 2021.
Dalam peraturan itu ditetapkan SIM C dibagi menjadi tiga golongan, yaitu C untuk pengendara motor maksimal 250 cc, CI (250 – 500 cc), dan CII (di atas 500 cc).
Aturan tersebut sudah berlaku sejak 19 Februari, namun sejauh ini belum diterapkan.
Arief Budiman, Kasi Standar Pengemudi Subdit SIM Ditregident Korlantas Polri, menjelaskan, penerapan penggolongan SIM C, sama seperti produk perundang-undangan lainnya, butuh masa sosialisasi selama minimal enam bulan sejak penerbitan aturan.
“Selain kita menyosialisasikan kepada masyarakat, kita juga mempersiapkan sarana prasarana bagi petugas yang ada di Satpas. Sehingga memang target kita bulan Agustus aturan ini sudah bisa diimplementasikan,” jelas Arief dalam tayangan video di akun Youtube NTMC CHannel, Minggu, 11 Juli 2021.
Penggolongan SIM C berlaku secara bertahap. Artinya untuk mendapatkan golongan lebih tinggi maka harus lebih dulu punya golongan yang lebih rendah.

Jika sudah memiliki golongan tertinggi, maka hanya perlu memegang satu kartu SIM CII sebab dianggap sudah menguasai kompetensi golongan lain di bawahnya seperti BI.
Izin untuk Moge Syarat buat memiliki SIM CI yakni berusia minimal 18 tahun dan sudah memiliki SIM C selama satu tahun. Sedangkan untuk membuat SIM CII wajib memiliki SIM CI setidaknya selama satu tahun.
Arief mengajak masyarakat yang ingin meningkatkan golongan SIM C menjadi CII bisa melakukannya pada Agustus.
“Artinya bagi para teman-teman pengendara motor di atas 250 cc, kita berharap sudah bisa meningkatkan golongannya dari C menjadi CI,” katanya. ***

Classification of SIM C applies in stages. This means that to get a higher class, you must first have a lower class.
