Sampai dengan 30 Juni 2021 jaringan Kantor Bank Mandiri berjumlah 2.426 cabang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, yang terdiri dari 140 kantor cabang (KC), 2.220 kantor cabang pembantu (KCP) dan 66 kantor kas (KK).

Sedangkan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) mencatatakan per Maret 2021 jumlah kantor cabang berkurang sebesar 341 dibandingkan Maret 2020. Bagi BNI, penutupan 96 kantor cabang ini tidak memberikan dampak yang material pada kinerja keuangan. Sementara itu, perseroan juga telah memasukkan dalam RBB tahun 2021 rencana pembukaan 22 jaringan kantor baru.
