Kedua mendapatpenghargaan sebagai Best CEO kategori Oil and Gas Business dan Best CEO kategori Corporate Foundation dalam acara Indonesia Best CEO Awards 2021 ‘Employees Choice’ diselenggarakan The Iconomics, Jumat, 23 Juli 2021, kemarin.
Nicke Widyawati menyampaikan rasa terima kasihnya atas penghargaan yang diterima.
“Saya ucapkan terima kasih atas penghargaan yang diberikan. Pencapaian ini tentu saja tak lepas dari kerja keras seluruh insan Pertamina dalam memenuhi tugas dan tanggung jawab kami untuk menyediakan BBM di pelosok Negeri,” tutur Nicke.
Selain itu, Agus Mashud S. Asngari juga turut menyampaikan terima kasih atas kontribusi seluruh team dalam memajukan Pertamina Foundation.
“Terima kasih kepada Iconomics untuk penghargaannya. Kami dedikasikan untuk team Pertamina Foundation agar terus bersemangat memberikan kontribusi lebih besar dan mendukung kemandirian masyarakat Indonesia,” ungkap Agus.

Acara ini dilaksanakan melalui survei yang dilakukan The Iconomics kepada sebanyak 1.000 responden yang terdiri dari para karyawan. Melalui pertimbangan efisiensi dan efektif pelaksanaan kegiatan, The Iconomics memutuskan untuk mengikutsertakan 200+ CEO dalam survei dan hasilnya terdapat 52 CEO terpilih.
Terdapat empat parameter yang dijadikan acuan dalam penilaian survei ini yaitu Popularity, Competency, Crisis Leadership dan Personality. Popularity sendiri menyangkut hal seberapa terkenal CEO/Dirut/Presdir institusi tersebut.
Competency berkaitan dengan seberapa baik kompetensi CEO/Dirut/Presdir sebagai pemimpin. Selanjutnya pada crisis menyangkut hal seberapa baik CEO/Dirut/Presdir membawa institusi menghadapi krisis Covid-19. Personality berkaitan dengan seberapa baik nilai-nilai CEO/Dirut/Presdir dalam pribadinya.
The Iconomics sendiri merupakan platform media yang menyajikan informasi seputar ekonomi dan bisnis serta melalui platformnya, The Iconomics juga membagikan hasil penelitian-penelitian yang telah dilakukan di bidang terkait. ***

The two received awards as Best CEO for the Oil and Gas Business category and Best CEO for the Corporate Foundation category at the Indonesia Best CEO Awards 2021 ‘Employees Choice’ event held by The Iconomics, Friday, July 23, 2021, yesterday.
Nicke Widyawati expressed her gratitude for the award received.
“I thank you for the award given. This achievement cannot be separated from the hard work of all Pertamina personnel in fulfilling our duties and responsibilities to provide fuel in remote areas of the country,” said Nicke.
In addition, Agus Mashud S. Asngari also expressed his gratitude for the contribution of the entire team in advancing the Pertamina Foundation.
“Thank you to Iconomics for the award. We dedicate it to the Pertamina Foundation team to continue to be passionate about making greater contributions and supporting the independence of the Indonesian people,” said Agus.
This event was carried out through a survey conducted by The Iconomics to as many as 1,000 respondents consisting of employees. By considering the efficiency and effective implementation of activities, The Iconomics decided to include 200+ CEOs in the survey and the result was that 52 CEOs were selected.
There are four parameters that are used as a reference in the assessment of this survey, namely Popularity, Competency, Crisis Leadership and Personality. Popularity itself concerns how well-known the CEO/Director/President of the institution is.
Competency relates to how well the competence of the CEO/Director/President as a leader. Furthermore, in the crisis, it concerns how well the CEO / CEO / President Director has brought the institution to face the Covid-19 crisis. Personality relates to how well the values of the CEO/Director/President in his personality.
The Iconomics itself is a media platform that provides information about the economy and business and through its platform, The Iconomics also shares the results of research that has been carried out in related fields. ***
