Demo Day ini sekaligus menjadi penutup seluruh rangkaian kegiatan program Adtech dan Martech Hackathon pertama di Indonesia ini dengan diumumkannya tiga pemenang utama.

SVP Digital Advertising & Banking Telkomsel, Ronny W Sugiadha mengatakan, ini merupakan momentum bagi Telkomsel dalam memperkuat peran sebagai society enabler yang mampu membuka peluang lebih luas bagi talenta digital unggul di seluruh Indonesia untuk lebih berkembang dengan memberikan solusi teknologi yang inovatif dan bermanfaat bagi pelaku bisnis di Indonesia, khususnya UMKM.

Tingginya antusias talenta digital Tanah Air untuk mengasah kemampuan sudah terlihat sejak dibukanya pendaftaran DigiHackAction yang berlangsung selama Juni hingga Juli 2021.

DigiHackAction yang mengusung tema “The 1st Adtech and Martech Hackathon in Indonesia” pada tahun ini menerima sebanyak 300 ide.

Ratusan ide tersebut datang dari para peserta dengan berbagai latar belakang yang di antaranya 68% tim independen, 24% startup, 27% pengembang, dan 11% perusahaan digital.

Berdasarkan jumlah ide yang masuk, 46% di antaranya memilih tema Advertising and Marketing Direct Solution, 28% memilih Digital Advertising Product, dan 26% memilih Advertising and Marketing Support Solution.

Ratusan ide tersebut kemudian dikurasi hingga tersaring 137 ide (Top 100) yang diumumkan pada 14 Agustus 2021. Para juri kemudian mulai mengambil alih peran dalam mengkurasi ide-ide tersebut untuk dipilih menjadi 10 ide terbaik (Top 10) untuk dipresentasikan pada Demo Day yang diumumkan pada 26 Agustus 2021 lalu.

Demo Day pada program Telkomsel DigiAds bersama Telkomsel Innovation Center (TINC) dan DS DailySocial (DS) ini merupakan acara pamungkas yang dinanti, baik oleh para finalis maupun dewan juri.

Pada kesempatan ini, setiap finalis akan mempresentasikan berbagai ide inovatif dan revolusioner yang telah diformulasikan kepada dewan juri dalam waktu dibatasi untuk dapat memberikan tantangan tersendiri bagi para finalis menunjukkan profesionalitasnya dalam menjabarkan berbagai ide secara singkat dan impresif kepada dewan juri.

 



Seluruh ide yang masuk dan lolos sampai ke Demo Day telah melewati berbagai tahapan penilaian, yang dinilai oleh dewan juri Amir Karimuddin (Head of Editorial & Research of DailySocial), Olga Elisa (Founder of ALEGA), dan Rama Mamuaya (Founder & CEO of DailySocial).

Begitu juga dalam penentuan tiga pemenang, dewan juri yang memberikan penilaian berasal dari pihak Telkomsel yang terdiri dari Ronny W Sugiadha (SVP Digital Advertising & Banking Telkomsel), Andi Kristianto (Pj. SVP Corporate Strategy and Strategic Investment Telkomsel), Jockie Haresoen (VP Business Development Telkomsel), Iwan Pujo Satoto (GM Data Solutions Service Management and Delivery Telkomsel), Indra Mardiatna (VP Technology Strategy Telkomsel), dan Mahmud Saladin (VP Strategy and Explorative Partnership Telkomsel).

Selain itu, terdapat dewan juri dari pihak eksternal yang merupakan para ahli dan praktisi industri digital yang turut memberikan penilaian pada Demo Day, di antaranya Winston Utomo (Founder dan CEO of IDN Media), Samira Shihab (CEO Stellar Women & Co-Founder of Tinkerlust), dan Bayu Asmara (Managing Director of DKK Consulting).

Dewan juri menentukan ide-ide yang layak lolos sampai di tahap Top 10 berdasarkan kriteria umum dan khusus. Kriteria umum yang dimaksud terdiri dari impresi, kesulitan teknologi, dan orientasi pasar.

The high enthusiasm of Indonesia’s digital talents to hone their skills has been seen since the opening of DigiHackAction registration which takes place from June to July 2021.

DigiHackAction which carries the theme “The 1st Adtech and Martech Hackathon in Indonesia” this year received as many as 300 ideas.

These hundreds of ideas came from participants with various backgrounds, including 68% independent teams, 24% startups, 27% developers, and 11% digital companies.

Based on the number of ideas submitted, 46% of them chose the Advertising and Marketing Direct Solution theme, 28% chose the Digital Advertising Product, and 26% chose the Advertising and Marketing Support Solution.

These hundreds of ideas were then curated until 137 ideas were filtered (Top 100) which were announced on August 14, 2021.
