Tak hanya Edwin S. Inkiriwang yang menjadi Penaksir, Deputi Bisnis Area Medan I M. Aries Aviani juga bertugas sebagai Kasir di Kantor Cabang Pegadaian Syariah Jalan AR Hakim.

Para nasabah setia Pegadaian di Hari Pelanggan Nasional memperoleh bingkisan menarik berupa perlengkapan perlindungan diri seperti masker dan handsanitizer serta mendapatkan pembukaan Tabungan Emas gratis.

“Sebagai apresiasi kami (Pegadaian) di Hari Pelanggan Nasional, memberikan bingkisan dan alat perlindungan diri kepada nasabah. Itu menandakan bahwa Pegadaian peduli dengan nasabah yang setia di tengah pandemi,” ungkap Edwin didampingi Aries dan Sami Marice selaku Kadep Non Gadai Deputi Area Medan 2 serta Kabag Humas dan Protokoler Kanwil I Medan Gopher Manurung.

Menurut Edwin, hingga saat ini jumlah nasabah Pegadaian untuk Kanwil I Medan meliputi dua provinsi, Sumut – Aceh, berjumlah lebih kurang 800 ribu nasabah aktif yang masih loyal dengan Pegadaian dalam pembiayaan mikro maupun investasi emas.

Edwin berharap, meski dalam kondisi pandemi Pegadaian akan terus berupaya berbuat terbaik untuk nasabah, dengan melayani kebutuhan pembiayaan modal usaha nasabah.

Masih di momen Hari Pelanggan Nasional 2021, Pimpinan PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I Medan, Edwin S Inkirawang menyapa nasabah yang sedang melakukan transaksi di Cabang Pegadaian Perbaungan.

Saat tiba di kantor cabang tersebut, ada sekitar 6 nasabah warga Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai yang sedang mengantri pelayanan. Edwin pun langsung menyapa para nasabah setia Pegadaian.

Tak hanya menyapa, Edwin yang didampingi Kepala Cabang Pegadaian Perbaungan, Indra Jaya Nainggolan memberikan bingkisan di Hari Pelanggan Nasional.

 



“Ini buat ibu dan bapak kami (Pegadaian) persembahkan khusus bagi nasabah berupa bingkisan. Ada coklat, masker dan handsanitizer untuk dibawa pulang,” ungkap Edwin.

Para nasabah yang beruntung memperoleh bingkisan khusus dari Pegadaian mengucapkan terimakasih. “Terimakasih bingkisannya, pak. Semoga Pegadaian tetap maju dan terus berkembang,” ungkap Herman, salah seorang nasabah yang menerima bingkisan. ***
