Penjaga Kantin Ikut Jadi Korban Arogansi Oknum Penyerobot Puncak Laut Tawar | OBROLANBISNIS.com — Tindakan oknum berinisial AM dan rekan-rekannya di lahan wisata Puncak Laut Tawar semakin menjadi. Setelah dilaporkan ke polisi oleh pihak pemilik lahan terkait dugaan perusakan dan penyerobotan lokasi tersebut.
Kini, arogansi AM cs kembali dilaporkan ke polisi, setelah melakukan tindakan pelecehan dan penganiayaan pada seorang wanita.
Vetty Nopersia Br Bangun, seorang wanita penjaga kantin di lokasi wisata Puncak Laut Tawar ikut menjadi korban tindakan ‘bar-bar’ AM cs. Akibatnya, wanita bernama Vetty Nopersia Br Bangun itu melaporkan AM Cs ke Polsek Saribudolok. Pengaduan Vetty tertuang dalam nomor LP/28/X/2021/Simal.Dolok.
Vetty menjelaskan, kejadiannya terjadi pada Jumat, 1 Oktober 2021, pulangnya beberapa pekerja di Puncak Laut Tawar yang diduga ‘diongkosi’ untuk pulang Kampung oleh oknum AM.
Namun, Vetty tetap dalam pendiriannya tidak mau pulang. Setelah didesak AM, selain omongan kasar, tindakan pelecehan pun didapatnya. AM memukulinya beberapa kali disaksikan rekan Vetty yakni JRT dan KS.
Setelah kejadian, beberapa hari Vetty masih berada dalam tenda menunggu jemputan dari rekannya. Kemudian, AM tetap menterornya dengan menyuruhnya segera angkat kaki dari lokasi.
Padahal sebelumnya, kata Vetty, selama ini AM diperlakukan sebagai pelanggan kantin biasa, namun hari itu tiba-tiba AM menjadi kasar, memang AM terlihat membawa tuak (sejenis minuman keras) satu jeregen.

Vetty mengatakan, kekerasan yang dialaminya menyebabkan luka hingga akhirnya pada hari ini, Senin, 11 Oktober 2021, ia menyambangi Puskesmas untuk periksa kesehatan dan kemudian mengadukan perbuatan AM ke Polsek Saribudolok.
Selanjutnya, petugas Polsek mendampingi untuk visum di Puskesmas Tiga Raja, selanjutnya mengadakan olah TKP di Puncak Laut Tawar.
Begitupun, di lokasi AM Cs tetap bekerja mendozer lahan milik Karya Bhakti Purba, juga ikut mendozer lahan milik Avensius Girsang penduduk asli Huta Hoppoan.

Vetty explained that the incident occurred on Friday, October 1, 2021, when several workers at Puncak Laut Tawar were allegedly ‘funded’ to return to their village by AM.
However, Vetty remained in her stance not wanting to go home. After being pressed by AM, in addition to abusive speech, he also received acts of harassment. AM beat him several times witnessed by Vetty’s colleagues, namely JRT and KS.
After the incident, several days Vetty was still in the tent waiting to be picked up by her colleague. Then, AM continued to terrorize him by telling him to immediately leave the location.

Vetty said that the violence she experienced caused injuries until finally today, Monday, October 11, 2021, she visited the Puskesmas for a health check and then complained about AM’s actions to the Saribudolok Sector Police.
Furthermore, the police officers assisted for the post-mortem at the Tiga Raja Health Center, then conducted a crime scene at Puncak Laut Tawar.
Likewise, at the AM Cs location, they continued to work on dozing the land belonging to Karya Bhakti Purba, and they also participated in dozing the land owned by Avensius Girsang, a native of Huta Hoppoan.
