4 Mahasiswa IB IT&B Jurusan Management Dulang Prestasi Tingkat Nasional | OBROLANBISNIS.com — Mahasiswa Institut Bisnis Informasi Teknologi dan Bisnis (IB IT&B) kembali mendulang prestasi tingkat nasional.
Kali ini, empat mahasiswa IB IT&B dari jurusan Management berhasil meraih gelar Finalis dalam kompetisi ASEAN Future Sustainable Leaders Case Competition 2021, yang diselenggarakan oleh berbagai institusi dari seluruh Indonesia.
ASEAN Future Sustainable Leaders Case Competition 2021 merupakan sebuah kompetisi meningkatkan kesadaran akan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) bertaraf nasional.
Ke empat mahasiswa jurusan Management yang membanggakan bagi IB IT&B adalah Fransiska Theresia, Elvina Jhonsen, Michelle dan Jonathan Karsten.
Dalam kompetisi tersebut, para peserta diminta untuk memberikan ide-ide kreatif yang dapat membantu proses pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Ada 2 babak yang dilewati oleh para peserta, yaitu babak penyisihan awal yang mengeliminasi puluhan tim dari seluruh Indonesia dan menyisakan 5 tim untuk bertanding kembali pada babak final.
Dalam babak final, mahasiswa IB IT&B mampu bersaing dengan para mahasiswa dari sejumlah Perguruan Tinggi ternama baik dari Universitas Indonesia (UI), Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Universitas Bina Nusantara (BINUS), Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) dan Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU).

“Mahasiswa IB IT&B telah melakukan yang terbaik hingga bisa mecapai prestasi ini. Hal ini tentunya dapat tercapai karena dukungan moral dan bimbingan dari para dosen IB IT&B,” sebut Managing Director IB IT&B, Dr Agus Susanto Tan, Jumat, 5 November 2021.
Menurut Dr Agus Susanto Tan, prestasi berskala nasional yang diraih mahasiswa dari jurusan Management tersebut diharapkan menjadi motivasi bagi mahasiswa dari jurusan lainnya yang ada di IB IT&B.
Dr Agus patut berbangga terhadap mahasiswa-mahasiswinya, di mana pada masa pandemi seperti saat ini tetap mampu menoreh prestasi.
“Ini menunjukan bahwa sistem belajar mengajar di IB IT&B tetap berjalan dengan baik di masa pandemi. Kendati proses belajar mengajar itu melalui daring (online). Mahasiswa masih mampu menyerap ilmu dan pengetahuan yang diberikan para pengajar (dosen),” ucap Dr Agus.
Dr Agus mengucapkan terimakasih kepada para dosen dan para Kaprodi Institut Bisnis IT&B yang terus membimbing dan memotivasi mahasiswa untuk terus menuai karya. ***
Four Student of IB IT&B Department of Management at National Level Achievement | OBROLANBISNIS.com — Students of the Institute of Business, Information Technology and Business (IB IT&B) again gain national level achievements.
This time, four IB IT&B students from the Management department won the Finalist title in the 2021 ASEAN Future Sustainable Leaders Case Competition, which was held by various institutions from all over Indonesia.
The ASEAN Future Sustainable Leaders Case Competition 2021 is a competition to raise awareness of the national level Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The four students majoring in Management who make IB IT&B proud are Fransiska Theresia, Elvina Jhonsen, Michelle and Jonathan Karsten.
In the competition, participants were asked to provide creative ideas that can help the process of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
There were 2 rounds that were passed by the participants, namely the preliminary preliminary round which eliminated dozens of teams from all over Indonesia and left 5 teams to compete again in the final round.
In the final round, IB IT&B students were able to compete with students from a number of well-known universities from the University of Indonesia (UI), Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Bina Nusantara University (BINUS), Jakarta State University (UNJ) and North Sumatra University ( USU).
“IB IT&B students have done their best to achieve this achievement. This of course can be achieved because of the moral support and guidance from IB IT&B lecturers,” said Managing Director of IB IT&B, Dr Agus Susanto Tan, Friday, November 5, 2021.
According to Dr Agus Susanto Tan, the national-scale achievements achieved by students from the Management department are expected to be a motivation for students from other majors in IB IT&B.
Dr Agus should be proud of his students, who during the current pandemic are still able to make achievements.
“This shows that the teaching and learning system at IB IT&B continues to run well during the pandemic. Even though the teaching and learning process is online. Students are still able to absorb the knowledge and knowledge provided by the teachers (lecturers),” said Dr Agus.
Dr Agus expressed his gratitude to the lecturers and the Head of the IT&B Business Institute Study Program who continue to guide and motivate students to continue to reap their work. ***
