Penerbangan perdana dari Bandar Udara Internasional Syamsuddin Noor Banjarmasin di Banjarbaru, Kalimantan Selatan (BDJ) ke Bandar Udara Haji Muhammad Sidik, Trinsing, Teweh Selatan, Barito Utara, Kalimantan Tengah (HMS) pada 29 November 2021.
Pesawat ATR 72 terbang perdana dengan nomor penerbangan IW-1398 lepas landas dari Bandar Udara Syamsuddin Noor pukul 11.40 WITA (Waktu Indonesia Tengah, GMT+ 08) dan mendarat di Bandar Udara Haji Muhammad Sidik pada pukul 11.50 WIB (Waktu Indonesia Barat, GMT+ 07).
Pada jadwal penerbangan perdana ini, dilakukan tanda pendaratan dengan penyemprotan pada badan pesawat (water salute), tarian adat Dayak Pesisir dan Dayak Pedalaman serta disambut langsung oleh Bupati Kabupaten Barito Utara H. Nadalsyah, bersama perwakilan pemerintah daerah setempat untuk melaksanakan prosesi doa bersama dan tapung tawar bersama Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Barito Utara, Hj Mery Rukaini; Kepala Bandar Udara Haji Muhammad Sidik, Endang Setiawan; Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Barito Utara, H. Penerbangan perdana dari Bandar Udara Haji Muhammad Sidik menuju Bandar Udara Syamsuddin Noor dengan nomor penerbangan IW-1399. Pesawat lepas landas pada 12.10 WIB dan tiba sesuai jadwal di Bandar Udara Syamsudin Noor pukul 14.20 WITA.
Bupati Barito Utara H Nadalsyah beserta jajaran turut serta dalam penerbangan perdana Wings Air Muara Teweh – Banjarmasin. Tanda diresmikan layanan penerbangan berjadwal dilakukan dengan water salute dan pengalungan bunga oleh General Manager PT Angkasa Pura I Cabang Banjarmasin, Dony Subardono beserta jajaran kepada perwakilan penumpang dan awak pesawat.
Pada tahap awal, Wings Air akan melayani dengan frekuensi penerbangan 3 kali dalam sepekan setiap Senin, Rabu dan Jumat.

Tarif tiket spesial satu kali terbang (one way) di rute Banjarmasin ke Muara Teweh mulai dari Rp 517.500. Harga tiket satu kali perjalanan Muara Teweh – Banjarmasin mulai dari Rp 438.500.
Operasional penerbangan di rute tersebut, menempatkan Wings Air sebagai maskapai satu-satunya yang melayani penerbangan penumpang berjadwal domestik saat ini. Mendatang, pengembangan rute atau jaringan akan dilakukan secara bertahap.
