Asian Agri Ajak Masyarakat Jaga Kesehatan | OBROLANBISNIS.com — Asian Agri, perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang merupakan bagian dari Royal Golden Eagle (RGE), mengajak masyarakat untuk dapat menjaga kesehatan.
“Kesehatan itu sangat penting. Apalagi di tengah pandemi ini, perlu secara intens memproteksi diri dari serangan virus maupun berbagai penyakit,” ajak Imam Setiyadi, Senior Manager PT IIS-KMB, saat menghadiri program CSR Asian Agri Bidang Kesehatan yang berlangsung di Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batanghari Provinsi Jambi, 30 November 2021.
Menurut Imam, program CSR bidang Kesehatan ini membuktikan bahwa perusahaan PT Inti Indosawit Subur Kebun Muara Bulian (IIS-KMB) sebagai unit bisnis Asian Agri, sangat peduli dengan kesehatan masyarakat terutama warga Desa Bulian Jaya.
“Pemeriksaan kesehatan ini gratis. Jadi, bapak dan ibu warga desa dihimbau untuk melakukan konsultasi kesehatan ke dokter yang telah perusahaan hadirkan,” pesan Imam.

Ia menambahkan, pemeriksaan kesehatan yang difasilitasi perusahaan adalah cek tensi darah, kolesterol, gula darah, asam urat dan lain-lain.
“Bila bapak dan Ibu yang sudah dicek memerlukan pengobatan lanjutan maka warga akan mendapat obat-obatan dan mungkin vitamin secukupnya. Harapan kita semua warga dapat menjaga kesehatan dan bisa bekerja dengan baik. Juga kami sarankan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini tetap harus mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang ada,” sebutnya.
dr Irma Aries sebagai Kepala Puskesmas Maro Sebo Ilir mengapresiasi program CSR PT IIS-KMB yang selalu digunakan untuk hal-hal yang esensial, seperti hal nya pemeriksaan kesehatan ini.
“Upaya yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk pemerataan kesehatan seluruh warga, termasuk K3. Peran Puskesmas Maro Sebo Ilir juga ingin lebih membina warga supaya kondisinya selalu sehat,” cetusnya.

Budi, Kades Bulian Jaya mengaku bersyukur karena warganya mendapat pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis ini. “Program ini adalah kegiatan yang sangat baik, supaya kita tahu kondisi tubuh kita saat ini, bila kita tidak sehat bagaimana kita dapat bekerja dengan baik,” tandasnya.

“Health is very important. According to Imam, this CSR program in the Health sector proves that the company PT Inti Indosawit Subur Kebun Muara Bulian (IIS-KMB) as a business unit of Asian Agri, really cares about the health of the community, especially the residents of Bulian Jaya Village.
“This medical check-up is free. So, the villagers are encouraged to consult a doctor who has been present by the company,” said Imam.
He added that the health checks facilitated by the company were checking blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, uric acid and others.
“If the checked father and mother require further treatment, the residents will receive medicine and perhaps sufficient vitamins. We hope that all residents can maintain their health and can work well. We also recommend that the implementation of this activity must still follow the existing health protocols, ” he said.

“Efforts made by the company are for equal distribution of health for all residents, including K3. The role of the Maro Sebo Ilir Health Center also wants to further develop residents so that their conditions are always healthy,” he said.
Budi, the Head of Bulian Jaya Village, said that he was grateful that his residents got this free health check. “This program is a very good activity, so we know our current body condition, if we are not healthy how we can work well,” he said.
