Mendag: Minyak Goreng Satu Harga Rp 14 Ribu Mulai Rabu Ini | OBROLANBISNIS.com — Menteri Perdagangan (Mendag), Muhammad Lutfi menegaskan bahwa Pemerintah terus berkomitmen untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan masyarakat dengan harga terjangkau.
Terkait tingginya harga minyak goreng, Pemerintah menetapkan kebijakan satu harga minyak goreng dengan harga setara Rp14.000 per liter.
Kebijakan Minyak Goreng Satu Harga merupakan upaya lanjutan Pemerintah untuk menjamin ketersediaan minyak goreng dengan harga terjangkau.
Melalui kebijakan ini, seluruh minyak goreng, baik kemasan premium maupun kemasan sederhana, akan dijual dengan harga setara Rp14.000/liter untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan rumah tangga serta Usaha Mikro dan Kecil.

“Untuk memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas kepada masyarakat, Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan kebijakan penyediaan minyak goreng dengan satu harga. Melalui kebijakan ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat memperoleh minyak goreng dengan harga terjangkau, dan di sisi lain produsen tidak dirugikan karena selisih harga akan diganti oleh pemerintah,” ujar Mendag Muhammad Lutfi.
Sebagai awal pelaksanaan, penyediaan minyak goreng dengan satu harga akan dilakukan melalui ritel modern yang menjadi anggota APRINDO, dan untuk pasar tradisional, diberikan waktu satu minggu untuk melakukan penyesuaian.
“Ritel modern akan menyediakan minyak goreng dengan harga Rp14.000/liter yang dimulai pada hari Rabu, 19 Januari 2022, pukul 00.01 waktu setempat, dan kepada masyarakat diharapkan tidak memborong (panic buying), karena stok minyak goreng dalam jumlah yang sangat cukup,” tambah Mendag.
Pemerintah, melalui Badan Pengelola Dana Perkebunan (BPDPKS), telah menyiapkan dana sebesar Rp7,6 triliun yang akan digunakan untuk membiayai penyediaan minyak goreng kemasan bagi masyarakat sebesar 250 juta liter per bulan atau 1,5 miliar liter selama 6 bulan.

Kebijakan ini, kata Mendag, telah disosialisasikan kepada semua produsen minyak goreng dan ritel modern, dan pada prinsipnya baik produsen maupun ritel modern mendukung kebijakan pemerintah untuk menstabilkan harga minyak goreng.
Sampai dengan saat ini, sebanyak 34 produsen minyak goreng telah menyampaikan komitmennya untuk berpartisipasi dalam penyediaan minyak goreng kemasan dengan satu harga bagi masyarakat.
Perubahan Permendag Ekspor
Terkait kebijakan ini, Mendag Lutfi menerbitkan regulasi baru agar kebutuhan bahan baku minyak goreng di dalam negeri tetap tersedia, sehingga harga minyak goreng tetap dalam kondisi stabil.
Mendag Lutfi menerbitkan Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan nomor 02 tahun 2022 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan nomor 19 tahun 2021 tentang Kebijakan dan Pengaturan Ekspor
Permendag ini mengatur ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO), Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized Palm Olein (RBD Palm Olein), dan Used Cooking Oil (UCO) dilakukan melalui mekanisme perizinan berusaha berupa Pencatatan Ekspor (PE).
Untuk mendapatkan PE, eksportir harus memenuhi persyaratan antara lain Surat Pernyataan Mandiri bahwa eksportir telah menyalurkan CPO, RBD Palm Olein dan UCO untuk kebutuhan dalam negeri, dilampirkan dengan kontrak penjualan; Rencana ekspor dalam jangka waktu 6 bulan; dan Rencana distribusi ke dalam negeri dalam jangka waktu 6 bulan.
Selanjutnya, Peraturan Menteri ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal 24 Januari 2022. ***
Minister of Trade: One Cooking Oil Price of IDR 14,000 Starting this Wednesday | OBROLANBISNIS.com — The Minister of Trade (Mendag), Muhammad Lutfi emphasized that the Government is committed to meeting people’s food needs at affordable prices.
Regarding the high price of cooking oil, the Government has set a policy of one cooking oil price with a price equivalent to Rp. 14,000 per liter.
The One Price Cooking Oil Policy is the Government’s continued effort to ensure the availability of cooking oil at affordable prices.
Through this policy, all cooking oil, both premium packaging and simple packaging, will be sold at a price equivalent to Rp. 14,000/liter to meet the needs of households and Micro and Small Businesses.
“To provide wider benefits to the community, the Government has issued a policy of providing cooking oil at one price. Through this policy, it is hoped that the public will be able to obtain cooking oil at an affordable price, and on the other hand, producers will not be harmed because the price difference will be reimbursed by the government,” said Trade Minister Muhammad Lutfi.
As an initial implementation, the supply of cooking oil at one price will be made through modern retailers who are members of APRINDO, and for traditional markets, they will be given one week to make adjustments.
“Modern retailers will provide cooking oil at a price of Rp. 14,000/liter starting on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at 00:01 local time, and the public is expected not to panic buy, because the stock of cooking oil is very sufficient, ” added the Trade Minister.
The government, through the Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS), has prepared funds of IDR 7.6 trillion which will be used to finance the supply of packaged cooking oil for the community of 250 million liters per month or 1.5 billion liters for 6 months.
This policy, said the Trade Minister, has been socialized to all cooking oil producers and modern retailers, and in principle both producers and modern retailers support the government’s policy to stabilize cooking oil prices.
To date, 34 cooking oil producers have expressed their commitment to participate in providing packaged cooking oil at one price for the community.
Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Trade for Exports
Regarding this policy, the Minister of Trade Lutfi issued a new regulation so that the demand for raw materials for cooking oil in the country remains available, so that the price of cooking oil remains in a stable condition.
Minister of Trade Lutfi issues Minister of Trade Regulation number 02 of 2022 concerning Amendments to Minister of Trade Regulation number 19 of 2021 concerning Export Policies and Regulations
This Minister of Trade Regulation regulates the export of Crude Palm Oil (CPO), Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized Palm Olein (RBD Palm Olein), and Used Cooking Oil (UCO) through a business licensing mechanism in the form of Export Registration (PE).
In order to obtain PE, exporters must meet the requirements including an Independent Statement Letter that the exporter has distributed CPO, RBD Palm Olein and UCO for domestic needs, attached with a sales contract; Export plan within 6 months; and Distribution plan to the country within 6 months.
Furthermore, this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on January 24, 2022. ***
