Pemilik Mobil Mewah Harusnya Tak Pakai BBM Bersubsidi | OBROLANBISNIS.com — Staf Khusus Menteri BUMN, Arya Sinulingga menegaskan, pemilik kendaraan mobil mewah seharusnya tidak memakai Pertalite dan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) bersubsidi.
“Harusnya orang-orang kaya malu pakai Pertalite, memang yang namanya BBM untuk orang kaya atau mobil mewah itu harusnya jangan disubsidi,” ujarnya, Selasa, 15 Maret 2022.
Tapi di sisi lain, kata Arya, seharusnya memang harga BBM yang untuk mobil mewah atau BBM nonsubsidi mengikuti harga pasar.
“Kita berharap sebenarnya harga BBM yang dipakai oleh mobil-mobil mewah itu mengikuti naik turunnya harga pasar yang ada,” tambahnya.
Selain itu, dia berharap ada kesadaran bagi pengendara mobil mewah agar menggunakan BBM nonsubsidi dan bersiap-siap juga supaya selalu mengikuti harga pasar untuk energinya.
“Jumlah BBM subsidi tidak banyak, kita doronglah mereka (pengendara mobil mewah) untuk memakai BBM nonsubsidi. Jangan membebani rakyat yang kurang mampu dengan mobil mewahnya,” ucap Arya.
Beralih Gunakan BBM Berkualitas
Dalam kesempatan berbeda, Anggota DPR RI dari Daerah Pemilihan (Dapil) Sumatera Utara (Sumut), Gus Irawan Pasaribu mengatakan, Biosolar subsidi adalah salah satu jenis BBM yang penggunanya terbatas.
Hanya beberapa kategori konsumen yang berhak menggunakannya. Berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden nomor 191 tahun 2014, konsumen yang berhak menggunakan Biosolar subsidi adalah usaha mikro, usaha perikanan, usaha pertanian, transportasi dan pelayanan umum.
“Untuk memastikan distribusi BBM subsidi ini berjalan lancar dan aman, kita harus terus meningkatkan pengawasan di lapangan bekerjasama dengan aparat penegak hukum, berkoordinasi secara intensif dengan Pemerintah Daerah dan instansi terkait, hingga pemberian sanksi tegas kepada SPBU yang menyalurkan BBM tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan,” kata Gus, sapaan akrabnya.
Selain itu, dia mendorong masyarakat untuk beralih menggunakan BBM berkualitas. Diakuinya, dengan BBM berkualitas, mesin lebih awet, irit, ramah lingkungan dan tentu saja tarikan mesin selama perjalanan akan jadi lebih nyaman selama berkendara.
“Untuk menempuh perjalanan jarak jauh sebaiknya memilih BBM berkualitas dengan angka oktan dan cetane yang lebih tinggi yakni Pertamax Series dan Dex Series. Kita harus cerdas memilih BBM yang berkualitas untuk kendaraan kita,” jelasnya. ***

“Wealthy people should be ashamed of using Pertalite, indeed, what is called BBM for the rich or luxury cars should not be subsidized,” he said, Tuesday, March 15, 2022.
But on the other hand, said Arya, the price of fuel for luxury cars or non-subsidized fuel should follow the market price.
“We hope that the actual price of fuel used by luxury cars will follow the ups and downs of existing market prices,” he added.
In addition, he hopes that there will be awareness for luxury car drivers to use non-subsidized fuel and also be prepared to always follow market prices for energy.
“The amount of subsidized fuel is not much, we encourage them (luxury car drivers) to use non-subsidized fuel. Don’t burden the poor with luxury cars,” said Arya.
Switch to Using Quality Fuel
On a different occasion, a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the Electoral District (Dapil) of North Sumatra (Sumut), Gus Irawan Pasaribu, said that subsidized biodiesel is one type of fuel with limited users.
Only certain categories of consumers are entitled to use it. Based on Presidential Regulation number 191 of 2014, consumers who are entitled to use subsidized biodiesel are micro-enterprises, fishery businesses, agricultural businesses, transportation and public services.
“To ensure the distribution of subsidized fuel runs smoothly and safely, we must continue to increase supervision in the field in collaboration with law enforcement officials, coordinate intensively with local governments and related agencies, to impose strict sanctions on gas stations that distribute fuel not in accordance with the provisions,” said Gus, his nickname.
In addition, he encourages people to switch to using quality fuel. He admitted, with quality fuel, the engine is more durable, economical, environmentally friendly and of course the engine pull during the trip will be more comfortable while driving.
“To travel long distances, you should choose quality fuel with higher octane and cetane numbers, namely the Pertamax Series and Dex Series. We have to be smart in choosing quality fuel for our vehicles,” he explained. ***
