Direktur Pertamina: Truk Pengangkut Sawit dan Batubara Dilarang Gunakan Solar Subsidi | OBROLANBISNIS.com — Direktur Logistik dan Infrastruktur PT Pertamina, Mulyono melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) ke sejumlah Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) dan Fuel Terminal (FT) Medan Group, Sabtu, 2 April 2022.
Hal ini dilakukan untuk memastikan kesiapan dan ketersediaan BBM di lapangan secara langsung menjelang Bulan Ramadan.
“Kunjungan kami ke sejumlah SPBU dan FT Medan Group ini untuk memastikan kesiapan dan ketersediaan BBM di lapangan secara langsung menjelang Bulan Ramadan,” ujar Mulyono.
Dia menjelaskan, untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya arus mudik dan peningkatan kebutuhan BBM, pihaknya juga akan menyiapkan layanan-layanan tambahan berupa SPBU Siaga, mobil tangki siaga, motorist, SPBU Kantong dan rest area yang dilengkapi fasilitas kesehatan bagi para pemudik di beberapa titik jalur mudik.
“Kami juga telah membentuk tim Satuan Tugas Khusus Ramadan dan Idul Fitri (Satgas RAFI) untuk memastikan kelancaran pasokan dan penyaluran BBM dan LPG kepada masyarakat,” katanya.

Tim Satgas RAFI akan bertugas mulai tanggal 11 April hingga 10 Mei 2022 mendatang. Tim Satgas RAFI akan berkoordinasi dengan instansi terkait misalnya Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM), Kementerian Perhubungan, Badan Pengatur Hilir Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPH Migas), TNI dan Kepolisian.
Selain itu, kata Mulyono, pihaknya terus memastikan stok Solar subsidi dalam keadaan aman, per tanggal 30 Maret 2022 ketahanan stok Solar subsidi di atas 20 hari.
Pertamina terus berupaya menjaga pasokan dan distribusi Solar subsidi ke masyarakat. Meskipun kuota Solar subsidi per Februari 2022 sudah melebihi kuota hingga 10 persen secara nasional.
Pertamina juga melakukan pencatatan atas pembelian Solar subsidi di SPBU sebagai bentuk pengawasan dan implementasi regulasi mengenai pengisian maksimal tiap jenis-jenis kendaraan guna meminimalisir terjadinya penyaluran Solar subsidi yang tidak tepat sasaran.
“Jika masyarakat menemukan adanya penyalahgunaan dalam distribusi BBM subsidi agar segera melapor ke aparat berwenang. Truk dengan roda lebih dari enam, truk sawit, truk batu bara dilarang menggunakan Solar subsidi,” tambahnya.
Selain FT Medan Group, sidak ini juga dilakukan di 14 SPBU yang berada di Kota Medan dan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Beberapa SPBU tersebut diantaranya, SPBU 14.204.129 Belawan, SPBU 14.204.1120 Belawan, SPBU 11.201.101 Jalan Yos Sudarso, SPBU 14.202.1162 Jalan Sisingamangaraja dan lain-lain.

Pada kesempatan tersebut, Mulyono menyapa dan mengapresiasi operator SPBU yang bertugas sebagai garda terdepan memberikan pelayanan BBM Pertamina kepada masyarakat.
“Para operator SPBU ini layak diberikan apresiasi. Mereka telah bekerja dengan sepenuh hati untuk melayani konsumen,” katanya.
Tak hanya di Sumatera Utara, sidak ini juga dilakukan secara serentak di beberapa wilayah lainnya yaitu Sumatera Bagian Selatan, Kalimantan dan Sulawesi.
Mulyono mengimbau kepada masyarakat yang mampu untuk menggunakan BBM non subsidi. Sehingga masyarakat lainnya yang lebih berhak dapat menikmati BBM yang disubsidi pemerintah.
“Pada seluruh masyarakat terutama umat muslim, kami mengucapkan selamat menjalankan ibadah puasa Ramadan, tetap menjaga protokol kesehatan untuk menyambut Idul Fitri 1443 Hijriah, mohon maaf lahir dan batin,” katanya.

Pertamina Director: Oil and Coal Transport Trucks Are Prohibited from Using Subsidized Diesel | OBROLANBISNIS.com — PT Pertamina’s Director of Logistics and Infrastructure, Mulyono, conducted a surprise inspection (sidak) at a number of public fuel filling stations (SPBU) and the Medan Group Fuel Terminal (FT) on Saturday, April 2, 2022.
This is done to ensure the readiness and availability of fuel in the field directly ahead of the month of Ramadan.
“Our visit to a number of gas stations and FT Medan Group is to ensure the readiness and availability of fuel in the field directly ahead of the month of Ramadan,” said Mulyono.
He explained, to anticipate the going back and forth and the increase in fuel demand, his party will also prepare additional services in the form of standby gas stations, standby tank cars, motorists, pocket gas stations and rest areas equipped with health facilities for travelers at several points on the homecoming route.
“We have also formed a special task force for Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr (RAFI Task Force) to ensure the smooth supply and distribution of fuel and LPG to the community,” he said.
The RAFI Task Force team will be on duty from April 11 to May 10, 2022. In addition to the FT Medan Group, this inspection was also carried out at 14 gas stations located in Medan City and Deli Serdang Regency.
