Transaksi MyTelkomsel Melonjak Hingga 99% Selama Momen Mudik Lebaran 2022 | OBROLANBISNIS.com — Telkomsel sukses mengawal ketersediaan akses telekomunikasi seluler yang prima selama momen Ramadan dan Idul Fitri (RAFI) 1443 H, dengan pertumbuhan akses layanan data hingga 21 persen dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya.

Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah yang memberi kemudahan masyarakat untuk mudik merayakan Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1443 H di kampung halaman, Telkomsel memperkuat pengamanan kualitas akses jaringan broadband hingga periode mudik dan arus balik Lebaran.

Selama periode RAFI 1443 H, transaksi pembelian paket layanan data melalui aplikasi/platform MyTelkomsel melonjak hingga 99 persen, yang turut mendorong pertumbuhan tertinggi trafik broadband di jalur mudik/balik Lebaran hingga 46 persen (mulai 25 April sampai dengan 8 Mei 2022), dibandingkan periode hari biasa.

Telkomsel juga mencatat, secara keseluruhan pertumbuhan transaksi layanan data pelanggan Telkomsel tersebut juga didominasi pembelian paket voucher fisik data favorit seperti paket 2.5GB dan 1.5GB, yang mana secara keseluruhan pertumbuhan transaksi paket layanan data Telkomsel mencapai 32 persen.

Kenaikan tersebut juga menunjukan semakin tingginya adopsi pelanggan dalam memaksimalkan seluruh saluran, terutama akses layanan digital yang telah dihadirkan Telkomsel untuk kemudahan dalam bertransaksi.

Untuk akses layanan digital, Telkomsel juga mengalami pertumbuhan transaksi yang cukup signifikan yaitu sekira 30 persen dari periode hari biasa atau tumbuh 11 persen dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun 2021 lalu.

Telkomsel mencatat, paket combo yang menawarkan gabungan keunggulan layanan data dan panggilan suara. Selain itu, paket data unlimited juga menjadi salah satu yang paling diminati pelanggan yang berkunjung langsung ke Posko Telkomsel Siaga di berbagai titik.

Pertumbuhan baik itu transaksi pembelian paket atau layanan digital tersebut turut mendorong adanya kenaikan trafik broadband secara keseluruhan, termasuk di sejumlah titik transit transportasi mudik seperti bandar udara, stasiun, terminal dan pelabuhan yang meningkat hingga 28 persen, dengan lonjakan trafik broadband tertinggi terjadi di Bandar Udara Soekarno-Hatta, Tangerang-Banten, yakni sekira 54 persen.

Sedangkan untuk kenaikan trafik broadband tertinggi di jalur mudik/balik tercatat terjadi di sepanjang jalur mudik/balik di wilayah Nagrek-Jawa Barat, yang mencapai 46 persen.

Lonjakan trafik broadband tersebut telah diantisipasi melalui komitmen awal Telkomsel yang telah memprioritaskan pengamanan akses jaringan Broadband di 500 Point of Interest (POI), termasuk 56 titik transit transportasi mudik dan 64 ruas jalan tol utama di seluruh Indonesia.
