APINDO Sumut Bersama KPPU Sosialisasikan Program Kepatuhan Persaingan Pelaku Usaha | OBROLANBISNIS.com — DPP Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (APINDO) Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Sumut) bekerjasama dengan KPPU wilayah I melaksanakan sosialisasi Peraturan KPPU nomor 1 tahun 2022 terkait Program Kepatuhan Persaingan Usaha.
Terbitnya PerKPPU tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pelaku usaha atas hukum persaingan usaha.
“PerKPPU ini hadir untuk memberikan pemahaman atas kepatuhan, mendorong agar kegiatan bisnis sejalan dengan persaingan, dan memberikan panduan bagi pelaku usaha untuk menyusun program kepatuhannya,” ujar Ketua DPP APINDO Sumut, Dr Haposan Siallagan.,SH.MH dalam sambutannya pada acara sosialisasi PerKPPU 1/2022 yang dilaksanakan di Gedung NTU Akademi Medan, Jumat, 13 Mei 2022.
Turut hadir Ketua KPPU, Ukay Karyadi yang didampingi Kepala Kanwil I KPPU, Ridho Pamungkas, Wakil Ketua Martono Anggusti, Sekretaris Eksekutif Bambang Hermanto dan seluruh jajaran pengurus beserta anggota DPP APINDO Sumut.
Haposan Siallagan yang baru terpilih menjadi Ketua DPP APINDO Sumut menyampaikan, KPPU hadir di dunia usaha sebagai wasit bagi para pengusaha di negeri ini.
“Tanpa adanya keteraturan dan wasit persaingan usaha, ekonomi bangsa tidak akan bisa berkembang. Inilah alasan pemerintah membentuk KPPU, agar pelaku usaha patuh atas hukum persaingan usaha yang berlaku,” sebutnya.

Haposan Siallagan yang juga menjabat Rektor Universitas HKBP Nommensen ini menambahkan, sosialisasi program kepatuhan persaingan usaha ini perlu disebarluaskan, supaya kita para pelaku usaha tidak terkejut dan memahaminya.
“Suksesnya PerKPPU 1/2022 ini akan dimulai dari pelaku usaha, tingkat kepatuhan ini akan mendorong bisnis kita sejalan dengan persaingan usaha yang sehat,” sebut Haposan.
Sementara itu, Ketua KPPU, Ukay Karyadi mengatakan, kemajuan suatu bangsa ditentukan oleh berkembangnya dunia bisnis.
“KPPU mengedepankan pencegahan dalam persaingan usaha. Jika tidak bisa lagi dicegah, maka baru dilakukan ranah penindakan. Ketika perusahaan sudah mengikuti program kepatuhan, KPPU akan mengeluarkan Penetapan Program Kepatuhan dan ini akan berdampak menjaga nama baik dan reputasi perusahaan,” ujarnya.
Ridho Pamungkas selaku Kepala Kanwil I KPPU mengutarakan, alur program Kepatuhan yang meliputi Kode Etik, Panduan Kepatuhan, Pelaksanaan program, Sosialisasi, Penyuluhan, Pelatihan dan/atau kegiatan lain dalam rangka pelaksanaan program kepatuhan di perusahaan.
“Program Kepatuhan dapat dikembangkan berdasarkan kebutuhan perusahaan, PerKPPU hanya sebagai pedoman dalam menyusun prosedur baku yang akan dianut dan diimplementasikan oleh managerial perusahaan, namun ketika perusahaan sudah melaksanakannya tidak serta merta kebal hukum, namun dapat menjadi pertimbangan agar hukumannya menjadi lebih ringan,” paparnya.
Ridho berharap, pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam organisasi APINDO dapat membantu mendorong perekonomian Sumut melalui kemitraan dengan UMKM, selain itu KPPU Kanwil I sangat terbuka sebagai tempat berkonsultasi dan dapat berkolaborasi dengan APINDO. ***
North Sumatra APINDO Together with KPPU Socialize Business Competition Compliance Program | OBROLANBISNIS.com — The DPP of the Indonesian Employers’ Association (APINDO) of North Sumatra Province (Sumut) in collaboration with KPPU Region I carried out the socialization of KPPU’s Regulation number 1 of 2022 regarding the Business Competition Compliance Program.
The issuance of the PerKPPU aims to improve the compliance of business actors with business competition laws.
“This PerKPPU is here to provide an understanding of compliance, encourage business activities to be in line with competition, and provide guidance for business actors to develop their compliance programs,” said Chairman of the North Sumatra APINDO DPP, Dr Haposan Siallagan.,SH.MH in his remarks at the PerKPPU socialization event. 1/2022 which was held at the NTU Akademi Medan Building, Friday, May 13, 2022.
Also present was the Chair of the KPPU, Ukay Karyadi who was accompanied by the Head of Regional Office I of KPPU, Ridho Pamungkas, Deputy Chairman Martono Anggusti, Executive Secretary Bambang Hermanto and the entire board and members of the North Sumatra APINDO DPP.
Haposan Siallagan, who has just been elected as Chairman of the North Sumatra APINDO DPP, said that KPPU is present in the business world as a referee for entrepreneurs in this country.
“Without an order and a referee for business competition, the nation’s economy will not be able to develop. This is the reason the government established the KPPU, so that business actors comply with the applicable business competition law,” he said.
Haposan Siallagan who also serves as Chancellor of HKBP Nommensen University added that the socialization of this business competition compliance program needs to be disseminated, so that we business actors are not surprised and understand it.
“The success of PerKPPU 1/2022 will start from business actors, this level of compliance will encourage our business to be in line with healthy business competition,” said Haposan.
Meanwhile, the Head of KPPU, Ukay Karyadi, said that the progress of a nation is determined by the development of the business world.
“KPPU prioritizes prevention in business competition. If it can no longer be prevented, then the realm of prosecution will be carried out. When the company has participated in the compliance program, KPPU will issue a Compliance Program Determination and this will have an impact on maintaining the good name and reputation of the company,” he said.
Ridho Pamungkas as Head of Regional Office I of KPPU stated that the flow of the Compliance program includes the Code of Ethics, Compliance Guidelines, Program Implementation, Socialization, Counseling, Training and/or other activities in the context of implementing compliance programs in the company.
“The Compliance Program can be developed based on the company’s needs. PerKPPU is only a guideline in preparing standard procedures that will be adopted and implemented by company managers, but when the company has implemented it, it does not necessarily imply impunity, but can be considered so that the punishment will be lighter,” he explained.
Ridho hopes that business actors who are members of the APINDO organization can help boost the economy of North Sumatra through partnerships with MSMEs, besides that KPPU Kanwil I is very open as a place for consultation and collaboration with APINDO. ***
