PGN aktif melakukan kampanye digital Gaskita. Pada tahun 2021, digital advertising Gaskita mencapai lebih dari 3,4 juta impression dan lebih dari 150.000 engagement pada media sosial. Selain itu, lebih dari 10% pelanggan baru mendaftar melalui registrasi online.
Selain itu, PGN berkolaborasi dengan Tokopedia sebagai e-wallet pembayaran tagihan gas bumi. Melalui platform digital ini, pelanggan sangat dimudahkan dalam pembayaran tagihan gas apalagi selama masa pandemi.
“Bersama Tokopedia, PGN pernah membuat social campaign digital dan mendapatkan international recognition. PGN dan Tokopedia membantu UMKM kuliner pelanggan PGN dengan membuat special page bernama Dapur Gaskita di mana pengguna Tokopedia bisa membeli kuliner dari pelanggan PGN tersebut,” jelas Faris.

Kolaborasi digital PGN dan Tokopedia ditargetkan untuk memberikan dampak pemulihan ekonomi bagi UMKM di masa pandemi.
Gaskita memberikan jaminan benefit dari penggunaan gas bumi yakni lebih praktis, aman, dan modern. Tahun 2021, penyerapan gas bumi di sektor rumah tangga (Gaskita) sekitar 5,5 BBTUD. Dari penyerapan tersebut, Gaskita PGN berhasil berkontribusi pada penurunan subsidi gas tabung sekitar Rp 330 Milyar per tahun.
Untuk percepatan program jargas rumah tangga nasional, PGN menggandeng BUMN Karya, BUMD, dan developer terkemuka di Indonesia. Program Sejuta Rumah (PSR) menyasar Rusun Perum Perumnas di lokasi berbasis Transit Oriented Development.
Lokasi tersebut meliputi Semesta Mahata Serpong di Stasiun Rawa Buntu Tangerang Selatan dan Semesta Mahata Tanjung Barat Jakarta.
Tak hanya melalui pipa, PGN memiliki produk Gaslink bagi pelanggan yang berlokasi jauh dari jaringan pipa gas PGN. Pada Desember 2021, PGN me-launching varian GasLink Cylinder yang menyasar industri restoran dan usaha kecil.
“Dengan beralih ke GasLink, pelanggan akan mendapatkan kepraktisan dan penghematan biaya lebih dari 10%,” ujar Faris.

Gas bumi menghasilkan CO2 sebesar 52,91 Kg/ MMBTU, nilainya lebih rendah 30% dari BBM dan lebih rendah 16% daru LPG. Penurunan emisi karena konversi ke gas bumi mencapai lebih dari 774.000 ton CO2 per tahun di PLTMG Sorong (sektor kelistrikkan), penurunan emisi kilang sebesar 217.000 ton CO2 tahun 2021(sektor energi primer), dan penurunan karbon pada jargas sebanyak 20.000 ton CO2 pada tahun 2021.

Gaskita guarantees the benefits of using natural gas, which is more practical, safe, and modern. In 2021, natural gas absorption in the household sector (Gaskita) will be around 5.5 BBTUD. From this absorption, Gaskita PGN has succeeded in contributing to the reduction of gas subsidy by around Rp. 330 billion per year.
To accelerate the national household jargas program, PGN cooperates with BUMN Karya, BUMD, and leading developers in Indonesia. The One Million Houses Program (PSR) targets Perum Perumnas Flats in Transit Oriented Development-based locations.
