Telkomsel melihat pentingnya layanan komunikasi sebagai platform untuk menyambung silaturahmi dan berbagi kabar dengan sanak saudara di tanah air.
Dengan layanan roaming ini, para Jemaah Haji cukup mengaktifkan paket RoaMAX Haji melalui aplikasi My Telkomsel atau layanan UMB di *266*15# kemudian setelah paket aktif dapat langsung digunakan tanpa harus mengganti dengan kartu perdana atau USIM lokal.
Telkomsel menghadirkan beragam paket internet RoaMAX Haji mulai dari Rp450.000,00 dengan pilihan kuota hingga 15 GB. Selain itu, Telkomsel juga menyediakan paket Combo RoaMAX Haji yang dapat digunakan untuk layanan internet, telepon dan sms mulai dari 550 ribu rupiah.
Untuk aktivasi dan info lebih lanjut mengenai paket tersebut, Jemaah dapat mengakses di Aplikasi My Telkomsel kemudian memilih paket Roaming atau RoaMAX Haji atau mengakses halaman web tsel.me/haji.
Asrama Haji Sumatera
Untuk memudahkan Jemaah Haji dalam mendapatkan layanan komunikasi berkualitas dan terjangkau selama di Arab Saudi, Telkomsel juga membuka posko di 5 Asrama Haji yang ada di Sumatera.
Kelima posko tersebut terletak di Asrama Haji Medan, Banda Aceh, Batam, Padang, dan Palembang yang mulai hadir dari tanggal 3 Juni 2022 atau mengikuti jadwal persiapan keberangkatan Jemaah Haji sesuai dengan Kementerian Agama. Nantinya, para Jemaah Haji juga dapat mengaktifkan paket RoaMAX Haji di posko Telkomsel tersebut.
Selain itu, Telkomsel juga menghadirkan Posko Haji di Mekah dan Madinah untuk memudahkan Jemaah yang sudah berada Tanah Suci dalam mengaktifkan layanan roaming.
Terdapat 2 Posko di Mekkah yakni di Syisyah Area yang berada di Hotel Khulafaa 3 dan Jarwal Area di Al Kiswah Towers Hotel. Sedangkan di Madinah sendiri juga terdapat 2 Posko, yakni di Al Gharbiyah Area yang ada di Amjaad Al-Garaa Hotel serta Syimaliyah Area di Tabah Towers Hotel.
Di sana Jemaah bisa langsung mendapatkan informasi seputar produk dan layanan RoaMAX Haji serta mengkatifkan langsung paket tersebut.

Sumatra Hajj Dormitory
To make it easier for Hajj pilgrims to get quality and affordable communication services while in Saudi Arabia, Telkomsel has also opened command posts in 5 Hajj hostels in Sumatra.
The five command posts are located at the Hajj Dormitory in Medan, Banda Aceh, Batam, Padang, and Palembang which will start to appear from June 3, 2022 or follow the schedule for the preparation of the Hajj pilgrims’ departure in accordance with the Ministry of Religion. Later, Hajj pilgrims can also activate the RoaMAX Hajj package at the Telkomsel post.
In addition, Telkomsel also presents Hajj Command Posts in Mecca and Medina to make it easier for pilgrims who are already in the Holy Land to activate roaming services.
