Penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman (MoU) Universitas Prima Indonesia dengan Universitas Gajah Putih di Kampus Unpri, Jalan Sampul Medan belum lama ini.
Hadir dari Wakil Rektor III Said Rizal, SHi.,MA, Wakil Rektor IV Dr. dr. Ali Napiah Nasution, MKT, MKM, SpKKLP dan para Dekan Fakultas di lingkungan Universitas Prima Indonesia.
Sedangkan dari Universitas Gajah Putih dihadiri Rektor Elliyin, S. Hut., MP, Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik Rayuwati, M. Kom, Kepala Biro Akademik Husna Gemasih, M.Cs, Kepala Biro Kemahasiswaan Yustisar, M.Kom, Kepala Biro Sarpras dan Kerjasama M.Ibnu Akbar S.E., M.M dan Sekretaris Raodah Ayu Sahara, S.E.
Rektor UNPRI, Prof Dr Chrismis Novalinda Ginting MKes melalui Wakil Rektor III Said Rizal mengatakan, Nota Kesepahaman Bersama (MOU) tentang pendidikan, penelitian, pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan implementasi MBKM.

“Hanya MoU harus diimplementasikan ke MOA dan implementasi arrangement (IA) antara fakultas dan prodi yg ada di UNPRI dan Universitas Gajah Putih,” ujarnya.
Kata dia, Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) salah satu poin terpenting adalah mengharuskan institusi pendidikan tinggi agar menjalin kerjasama dengan lembaga maupun instansi tertentu guna mendukung program MBKM yang telah dicanangkan oleh Kemendikbudristekdikti.
Rektor Universitas Gajah Putih Elliyin memberikan apresiasi atas hubungan kerjasama yang baik ini. “Semoga kerjasama ini tetap terwujud kedepannya dengan baik dan saling menguntungkan bagi kedua belah pihaknya,” ucapnya.
“Implementasi kerjasama ini nantinya diharapkan agar mahasiswa dan lulusan UNPRI dan Universitas Gajah Putih bisa berdaya saing dan meningkatkan kualitas universitas yang bermanfaat sehingga lulusan kita mempunyai keunggulan skill dan kompetensi yang mumpuni,” harapnya.
Sementara itu, di tempat terpisah Ketua BPH Universitas Prima Indonesia, Dr Tommy Leonard SH M.Kn, Senin, 4 Juli 2022, mengucapkan terima kasih atas kemitraan yang terjalin dengan baik bagi UNPRI dan Universitas Gajah Putih.
