Selain membawa Kabid, Aspan juga membawa Sekretaris dan Kepala UPT, diantaranya Sekretaris Dinas (Fitra Kurnia, SE, M.Si), Kabid Perdagangan Dalam Negeri (PDN) (Barita Sihite, S.Sos, MAP), Kabid Perdagangan Luar Negeri (PLN) (Azra’i Ridho Hanafiah, SE, M.Si).

“Sebagai bentuk kesungguhan kami dalam menjalankan UU KIP nomor 14 tahun 2008, saya membawa seluruh Kabid dan sebagian Kepala UPT hadir disini, mendapampingi saya dalam presentasi serta menerima masukan dari komisioner KI Sumut,” kata Aspan ketika memaparkan presentasi pelayanan KI.
Aspan menegaskan, dalam melayani permohonan informasi publik pihaknya juga melakukan inovasi, diantaranya membentuk media sosial guna menyampaikan informasi publik teesebut serta memberikan anggaran bagi PPID.

Sementara itu, Ketua KI Sumut Dr Abd Harris SH MKn sangat salut dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh Kadisperindag Sumut, Ir Aspan Sopian Batubara dengan membawa seluruh Kabid pada presentasi kali ini.
“Hingga hari kedua presentasi ini baru Kadisperindag Sumut yang membawa seluruh kabidnya untuk mendampingi presentasi,” kata Harris.
