Menurutnya, perluasan Co-Location telah mendorong pertumbuhan Out Standing Loan (OSL) atau saldo uang pinjaman yang disalurkan Pegadaian. “Dalam tiga tahun terakhir ini, kinerja OSL pada seluruh produk yang dimiliki Pegadaian untuk Kanwil I Medan tercatat bertumbuh. Pada Desember 2021, OSL dibukukan senilai Rp 3,6 triliun lebih, dan realiasasi OSL hingga Oktober 2022 tercatat Rp 4 triliun lebih,” beber Arief.

Bicara soal omset yang dicapai PT Pegadaian Kanwil I Medan, Arief Rinardi Sunardi mengungkapkan, hingga November 2022, omset yang telah dicapai mencapai lebih kurang 11,4 triliun rupiah. “Kontribusi produk-produk Pegadaian cukup tinggi yang mendorong pertumbuhan omset Pegadaian Medan di kisaran 400 miliar rupiah dengan jumlah nasabah sebanyak 455 ribu sepanjang tahun 2022,” ucap Arief Rinardi Sunardi.
Arief Rinardi Sunardi menilai, di tengah persaingan industri keuangan dan non keuangan di era digitalisasi, Pegadaian masih menyakini akan mampu meraup nasabah sebanyak mungkin. “Peluang untuk meraih nasabah masih terbuka lebar bagi Pegadaian, mengingat masih tingginya loyalitas dan kesetiaan masyarakat memanfaatkan layanan Pegadaian yang hadir sejak tahun 1901 di Indonesia,” ujar Arief Rinardi Sunardi.
Kendati demikian, Arief Rinardi Sunardi juga mengakui, masih ada juga nasabah yang belum mengenal produk-produk Pegadaian khususnya bagi generasi milenial, sehingga menjadi tantangan bagi Pegadaian untuk terus berinovasi dan bertranformasi merambah era digitalisasi. “Dan, transaksi Pegadaian sudah dapat dilakukan secara online (digital) melalui aplikasi Pegadaian Digital Service atau PDS melalui Android dan IOS,” sebutnya.

Produk Non Gadai meliputi produk fidusia, seperti cicilan kendaraan bermotor (Amanah); gadai BPKB; gadai sertifikat tanah; dan lainnya. “Tak hanya itu saja, Pegadaian juga memiliki produk investasi, seperti cicilan emas yang dapat menjadi pilihan masyarakat untuk berinvestasi masa depan; ada juga Tabungan Emas juga sangat diminati kaum milenial karena sudah berbasis digital karena dapat menabung emas mulai dari 10 ribu rupiah,” jelasnya.
