NextDev Academy 2023 merupakan tahap kedua dari rangkaian Program NextDev 2022 yang telah digelar Telkomsel, dengan tujuan memperkuat fundamental startup melalui pendampingan oleh sejumlah mentor, peningkatan kapabilitas, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital terdepan.
NextDev Academy 2023 Telkomsel dilaksanakan di Jakarta mulai 26 Januari 2023 dan berlanjut secara online/hybrid selama tiga bulan.

NextDev then takes on the role of an incubator and enabler that can strengthen the fundamentals of the founders and their early-stage startups in Indonesia. At the seed round stage, startups can collaborate with Tinc, a corporate accelerator that can conduct research & piloting with startups and open up commercialization opportunities.
