Pada seminar tersebut, Senior Vice President Human Capital Management BCA, Yonathan Kurniawan berbagi pengalaman mengenai pengembangan diri dan karir di industri perbankan, serta kemampuan-kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh Generasi Z dalam menghadapi tantangan secara global di industri perbankan.
