Kelompok Cipayung Plus yang dipimpin masing-masing ketua mendesak Poldasu mengusut selesai PPPK guru dan honorer di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, Kab Batubara, Kab Labuhan Batu, Kab Langkat dan daerah lainnya.

Dengan sederet permainan yang terjadi, kata Kamaluddin Siregar selaku orator, Cipayung Plus meminta kepada Kapolda Sumut untuk memanggil dan memeriksa penanggung jawab rekrutmen PPPK yang ada di Mandailing Natal, Labuhan Batu, Langkat dan Batu Bara.
“Kapolda Sumut harus mengusut tuntas dugaan kecurangan rekrutmen PPPK yang terjadi di kab. Mandailing Natal, kab. Labuhan Batu dan kab. Batubara,” tegas Kamaluddin.
