“Kegiatan sosialisasi tata cara pencatatan transaksi penyaluran LPG 3 Kg ini merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting karena pada kesempatan ini hadir pemangku kepentingan di regulasi LPG 3 Kg diantaranya Kementerian ESDM, Pertamina, Pertamina Patra Niaga, Hiswana Migas dan Agen,” ujar VP Retail LPG Sales PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Putut Andriatno.

Ia menjelaskan, transformasi subsidi LPG Tabung 3 Kg tepat sasaran ini merupakan langkah besar Pertamina (Persero) dan Pertamina Patra Niaga untuk menjalankan penugasan dari pemerintah. Menurutnya, kegiatan sosialisasi ini untuk memastikan pendistribusian LPG 3 Kg tepat sasaran.

“Peserta kegiatan sosialisasi tata cara pencatatan transaksi penyaluran LPG 3 Kg ini dari Penyalur (Agen) di wilayah Sumbagut meliputi Sumatera Utara, Riau, Kepulauan Riau, Aceh dan Sumarera Barat serta Hiswana Migas DPP dan seluruh DPD,” katanya.

Ia berharap, dengan terselenggaranya sosialisasi ini, informasi tata cara pencatatan transaksi penyaluran LPG 3 Kg ini sampai ke agen dan pangkalan sehingga pencatatan di Merchant Apps MyPertamina Lite (MAP Lite) bisa mencapai 100 persen. MAP Lite adalah aplikasi yang digunakan oleh merchant untuk melakukan transaksi produk subsidi LPG 3 Kg.

“Kita punya beban moril, LPG subsidi ini harus sampai ke konsumen yang berhak karena uang negara ada di situ. Jadi mohon pangkalan-pangkalan untuk mencatat penyaluran yang dilakukan agar LPG subsidi tepat sasaran,” ungkapnya.

Mustika mengatakan, pemerintah berkomitmen melakukan transformasi subsidi LPG tabung 3 Kg dimana sebagai dasar hukum pelaksanaan transformasi subsidi yang telah ditetapkan melalui Keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral nomor 37.K/MG.01/MEM.M/2023 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Pendistribusian Isi Ulang Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tertentu Tepat Sasaran dan merujuk Keputusan Dirjen Migas nomor 99.K/MG.05/DJM/2023 tentang Penahapan Wilayah dan Waktu Pelaksanaan Pendistribusian Isi Ulang Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tertentu Tepat Sasaran.

Selain itu, lanjutnya, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk melakukan sosialisasi Kepdirjen Migas nomor 229.K/MG.01/DJM/2024 tentang Pedoman Verifikasi Volume Isi Ulang Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tabung 3 Kilogram.

“Hingga saat ini telah dilaksanakan pencocokan data pengguna LPG 3 Kg di 411 kabupaten/kota,” kata Mustika.

Senior Vice President Government Program Management PT Pertamina (Persero) Aris Mulya Azof menambahkan, pihaknya telah mengembangkan satu aplikasi yang disebut Merchant Apps MyPertamina Lite (MAP Lite) dan telah dijalankan pada 1 Maret 2023 lalu.

Pertamina juga telah melakukan transformasi dengan melakukan pencatatan LPG 3 Kg, uji verifikasi dan kesiapan sistem data.

“Kami mengharapkan para Penyalur (Agen) yang hadir ini bisa melaksanakan pencatatan MAP mulai 1 Juni 2024 dan juga berkoordinasi dengan seluruh pangkalan dan sub pangkalan. Apabila ada kesulitan kami (Pertamina) siap membantu mencari solusi yang terbaik,” jelas Aris.
