Demikian ditegaskan Presiden RI Joko Widodo saat meluncurkan Gerakan Nasional Bangga Buatan Indonesia (BBI) #CahayaBangkaBelitung yang digelar secara hibrida, di Pantai Tanjung Kelayang, Belitung, Bangka Belitung, Jumat, 20 Mei 2022.

“Saya mengajak seluruh masyarakat untuk mencintai dan membeli produk-produk Indonesia, serta bangga menggunakan produk dalam negeri. Seluruh masyarakat bisa menjadi pembeli, pengguna sekaligus membantu memasarkannya. Produk tersebut bukan hanya barang, tapi juga obyek wisata, baik wisata alam maupun wisata budaya. Tapi, harus diingat peningkatan pemasaran harus diikuti dengan kualitas produk dan pelayanan,” tegas Presiden Jokowi.

Presiden Jokowi mengatakan, gejolak perekonomian global dapat diatasi dengan strategi membelanjakan uang, baik Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN), swasta, maupun masyarakat untuk membeli produk dalam negeri.

“Minimal 40 persen belanja pemerintah pusat dan daerah, serta belanja barang dan modal Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) harus dialokasikan untuk membeli produk dalam negeri, terutama usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM),” ungkap Presiden Jokowi.

Gernas BBI bertema ‘Laskar UMKM Bangka Belitung Mendunia’ turut dihadiri secara daring Menteri Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi Luhut Binsar Panjaitan dan Wakil Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Angela Tanoesoedibjo. Hadir secara langsung di lokasi Deputi Bidang Koordinasi Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Odo Manuhutu.

“Target Gernas BBI Babel adalah menghasilkan lima ribu UMKM Babel bergabung di platform digital. Pemilihan tanggal 20 Mei 2022 sebagai puncak acara Gernas BBI Bangka Belitung yang bertepatan dengan Hari Kebangkitan Nasional, menjadi momentum kebangkitan UMKM Indonesia, khususnya UMKM Bangka Belitung, setelah terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Kami berharap pelaku UMKM di seluruh Indonesia, khususnya di Bangka Belitung, dapat bersaing di pasar global,” jelas Mendag Lutfi.

Mendag Lutfi menyebutkan, Kementerian Perdagangan juga telah menggelar serangkaian kegiatan dan pendampingan terhadap pelaku UMKM sejak Februari 2022 berkolaborasi dengan Bank Indonesia KPW Bangka Belitung, Bank BCA, PT Timah, Bukalapak, Blibli, dan pemerintah daerah melalui rangkaian bimbingan teknis kepada pelaku UMKM Babel serta penyelenggaraan Pameran (In Store Promotion) Produk Unggulan Bangka Belitung di Summarecon Mal Serpong, Tangerang.

Selama Februari-April 2022, sebanyak 3.210 UMKM Bangka Belitung telah difasilitasi pembinaan dan pendampingan untuk bergabung di platform digital. Bersama semua pemangku kepentingan, Kementerian Perdagangan akan terus melakukan pendampingan kepada UMKM Babek untuk mencapai target 5 ribu UMKM Babel bergabung di platform digital.

Wakil Menteri Perdagangan Jerry Sambuaga mengatakan, BBI harus diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. “Implementasi jangan hanya slogan, tetapi perlu kita terapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kita gunakan produk lokal untuk memajukan UMKM Indonesia,” kata Wamendag Jerry.

Adapun Gubernur Bank Indonesia Perry Warjiyo menyatakan dukungannya terhadap penyelenggaraan gernas BBI. “Bank Indonesia mendukung keberhasilan penyelenggaraan gernas BBI dan akan terus bersinergi dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Mari, kita digitalkan UMKM menuju Indonesia maju,” ujar Perry.

Sementara itu, Penjabat Gubernur Bangka Belitung Ridwan Djamaludin mengajak pemerintah daerah di seluruh Indonesia untuk saling mendukung dan melengkapi dengan bertujar produk. Sehingga, dapat saling mempromosikan produk unggulan daerah.

 



Lima UMKM Babel Raih UMKM Champion

Dalam peluncuran tersebut, lima UMKM Babel didapuk menjadi UMKM Champion dan diganjar penghargaan berupa uang pembinaan dari sponsor. Kelima UMKM tersebut yaitu Keripik Cumi Nina, makanan ringan Pak Umar, Batik Kampung Katak, lada premium Billiton Spice, dan fesyen muslim Bgaye Belitong.

Kriteria penilaian UMKM Champion yaitu adanya legalitas usaha dan sertifikat produk serta nilai tambah, menggunakan produk berbahan baku kearifan lokal, dan melakukan pemasaran produk secara daring. Syarar slanjutnya mendorong pemberdayaan sosial masyarakat (disabilitas, pemberdayaan perempuan, dan penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan) dan membukukan kenaikan nilai transaksi penjualan pascapelatihan dan pendampingan Gernas BBI.

Turut digelar penandatanganan perjanjian kerja sama (Memorandum of Understanding/MoU) antara PT Menara Cipta Mulia dengan Badan Pengelola Geopark Belitung. Perjanjian tersebut terkait pengembangan dan pengelolaan kawasan geosite sebagai bagian UNESCO Global Geopark. ***

Five MSMEs of Babylon Win MSME Champion
