Namun, AM malahan tidak beritikad baik menerima kedatangan aparat hukum, bahkan sempat terlibat adu mulut dan menyuruh polisi untuk angkat kaki dari tanahnya.
“Apa polisi datang, urusan apa, ini tanahku. Tidak ada yang bisa masuk sembarangan tanpa izin,” kata AM kepada aparat polisi.
Polisi kemudian menjelaskan maksud kedatangan untuk melakukan olah TKP dan menindaklanjuti kasus pemukulan yang terjadi lokasi Puncak Laut Tawar, namun AM tidak terima.
“Ini jelas-jelas tanahku, buktinya sejak ku pasang plank ini tidak ada yang berani datang. Semua orang ku tunggu di lapangan, kalau memang ada suratnya, datang lah bawa kemari. Setiap hari ku tunggui orang datang bawa surat.
Ngak ada urusan kalian kemari. Pulanglah Kalian. Ini jelas-jelas tanah PT kami,” katanya.
Warga yang bekerja di lahan tersebut, Avensius Girsang menyatakan, tanah puncak itu tidak ada pernah terjadi jual beli termasuk sewa-menyewa dengan PT SPS.
Bahkan, kata dia, PT SPS sudah pernah ditegur oleh pihak Kecamatan dan Kepala Desa melalui surat resmi, namun tetap diabaikan.
PT SPS malah mempromosikan daerah itu dengan nama baru dan gencar melakukan pembangunan. Mereka juga mempromokan tanah di lokasi untuk dibangun villa.
